Exhibitor Registration for the 2022 Missouri Primary Care Association (MPCA) Annual Conference is now open. This year’s conference will be hosted at the Saint Charles Convention Center, Saint Charles, Missouri, Thursday, October 27, 2022. The Conference theme is Into The Unknown! Attached is the 2022 Conference Prospectus for your review. Exhibiting hours and what is included in a booth package can be found within the prospectus.
Please note:
- Each booth package comes with entrance passes for only two to Wednesday’s evening networking dinner, Thursday’s breakfast and lunch. If you have registered more than two booth attendants, you may purchase additional tickets by contacting the MPCA prior to the Conference or on site.
- Exhibits will be available Wednesday, October 26, for set up. Booths must be set up and open by 9:00 AM on Thursday, October 27.
- Exhibits will be required to be open only on Thursday, October 27. Exhibitors who wish to stay on Friday, October 28 are free to do so, but meals will not be provided.
- The “Punch Card” Game requires conference attendees to visit at least 20 exhibitors. Exhibitors can choose to sign an attendee’s card when you feel they have made an “actual” visit to your booth. MPCA is hoping this encourages more meaningful interactions between the exhibitors and attendees.
Feel free to contribute to Friday’s prize drawing. MPCA has a booth by the registration desk and a storage room for locking up prizes to be given out the following day. MPCA is happy to work with exhibitors who want MPCA to announce their own prize winners during the Punch Card drawing.
