Stepping Up: Health Equity in Rural Hospitals Podcast Series
The National Rural Health Resource Center has created a series of health equity podcasts designed to incorporate tangible actions that audiences can use in their communities. The objective of the podcast series is:
- Learn tips and understand the importance of establishing an internal diversity, equity, and inclusion culture.
- Identify and cultivate diversity, equity, and inclusion leaders within the organization and community.
- Understand the importance of data for identifying and addressing disparities and hear best practices for collecting and using information.
- Recall and utilize examples of successful efforts and appropriate data in rural community health equity programs and initiatives.
