The Missouri Rural Health Association is proud to share that HealthTran has received national attention in the Grant Watch, Health Affairs blog post written by John Feather: https://www.healthaffairs.org/do/10.1377/hblog20180801.405177/full/.
At MRHA, the HealthTran team have been working on a community approach to addressing access to care and they have LAUNCHED in St. Joseph with their member, Northwest Health Services!
They are ready to expand across Missouri and want to share their story. Please join them at the Missouri Rural Health Conference, August 21-23 at Old Kinderhook Lodge in Camdenton. You can register on line from our websites at: www.healthtran.org, or www.morha.org. If you are interested in learning how to implement the program, a special four-hour session will be held Tuesday, August 21. Register on-line today! After August 10th, the registration fee will be $175.
