Rural Health Network Development Planning Program – Applications Due January 6. Through the Rural Health Network Development Planning Program, HRSA will make approximately 20 awards of up to $100,000 each. This funding will allow networks to conduct planning activities over the course of one year, with the goal of expanding access and improving the quality of care in the rural communities they serve.
