Are you prepared for the consumer, staff and other parties’ questions that could be generated by the January 1, 2022, implementation of the No Surprises Act? While most ground ambulances are not included this could mean an additional need to communicate to patients why they are still getting a bill, and why ground ambulances were excluded.
