Million Hearts is encouraging organizations/partners that are doing cardiovascular health work to do the following in September:
- Announce your achievements / successes related to cardiovascular health
- Share CEC’s September Vital Signs report with key partners
- Use the #VitalSigns in social media outreach
- Encourage stakeholders to tune into the Town Hall meeting (see below for more info)
Feel free to share this information broadly through blogs, e-newsletters and/or your other communication outlets and don’t forget to brag about your important CVD work!
The Vital Signs will be released on September 6th and there will be a Town Hall meeting on September 11th from 2:00pm-3:00pm ET, where you will hear from Janet Wright, Montana Department of Health and Dartmouth-Hitchcock.
