The Missouri Office of Rural Health and Primary Care (ORHPC) is pleased to provide FREE to all rural hospitals the Custom Learning Systems’ HCAHPS Frontline Series, Everyone’s A Caregiver – Hospital of Choice.
- The series launches the week of May 19 at 12:00 PM CT.
- The series consists of 11 webinars, which are 45 minutes each.
- One webinar is held per month.
- All webinars are recorded and available for two weeks following the premier of the webinar.
- Five of the webinars are designed for all staff with the remaining six webinars designed for nursing staff.
