Community Health Center, Inc. and its Weitzman Institute have launched “The Path Forward,” designed for health centers and primary care practices dedicated to exploring the foundation for a new, post-COVID health care delivery system, and receiving actionable clinical advice on successfully navigating operations during the pandemic.
We were overwhelmed by the number of people who attended our introductory webinar. The series will resume on August 20th with our first guest Paul Grundy, Chief Transformation Officer, Innovaccer and “Godfather of the Patient-Centered Medical Home”. This webinar is the first in the Path Forward Track 1, which explores health determinants outside the walls of health centers.
